We bought my daughter's prom dress here last year. After visiting many other stores and finding dresses in the $400 to $600 range which was out of our budget, we decided to drive the hour and a half to Cinderella's Closet. They had tons of dresses that were much more reasonably priced and just as pretty. Everyone was friendly and helpful and my daughter happily found her dress, which we were able to have shipped right to our house. The owner even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with it. What great service!

Got a prom dress for my daughter, perfect fit even had pockets. Very classy, perfect for my teen. Black and white. No alterations where needed. Found a matching purse. And got a few jewelry items. Bag of make up and a pocket mirror. Couldn't find shows to fit her there but moms amazing and found a par at the mall under 40.00. I couldn't have done it without you. She got to meet up with a group of her friends and get pictures in the gazebo and on the dance floor together. Most of her friends moved to Italy and Germany after graduation. So for a night to remember this organization really make it perfect. The school also found a place that donated their services and did her hair. My Cinderella had the perfect prom. My deepest thank you!

From prom dresses to dance gowns, and even the wedding dress of my dreams, this incredible boutique has been our go-to destination every time we've needed something extraordinary. The owner and staff are nothing short of fairy godmothers, working tirelessly to ensure every customer leaves feeling like royalty. They go above and beyond, offering unparalleled service and heartfelt care that turns shopping into a genuinely enchanting experience. 10/10 recommend!! Sorry, this is a lot, and I never leave reviews, but I needed to say this!! I had the most amazing experience in here yesterday!! I absolutely love this store!! My sister was in need of a dress for an upcoming party, and we noticed they expanded in the mall so we had to check it out. I ended up finding the perfect wedding dress!! I was and still am in shock!! This was the first one I’ve tried on (ever) and it fits me perfectly! The lady that was helping was so amazing, she made the experience that much better. She said she knew this was my dress because she saw I was about to cry when she walked over!! I was worried that finding a dress would be stressful, going from one store to another, but this, this was meant to be!! Such amazing people here!! I am so excited to pick up my dress in a couple weeks!! I am a bit sad because we were in suck shock that we forgot to get a picture of me in my dress, I had to run back to get a picture of it because I can’t stop thinking about it lol! Putting it back on a getting pics the moment I get it home!! 10/10 recommend coming here for any dress needs, I will be shopping again!! Best experience!!!!

I attended the bridal show at Devos Place. Loved seeing all the bridal dresses. I had an appointment on Sunday, the day after the bridal show. I said yes to the dress! I can’t say enough great things about Cathy and her staff. Great customer service, awesome dresses and great prices. Highly recommend!

My family has went to Cathy for years for all of our dresses. She’s personable with every person that walks into the store. She will find you the perfect dress and you’ll have fun doing it! She also let me interrupt her run way class to give a demonstration! Always a great time!

Words can’t describe how special everyone at Cinderellas Closet has made both my daughters and I feel over the past 8+ years. Kathy and her team are dedicated to helping every girl/family feel special. My time prom and homecoming dress shopping is done but I know we will be back when the wedding bells start to ring ♥️

I am so happy to have connected with Cathy and her team! As an initial model for one of her bridal shows I was then invited to a Moms event as a vendor. Not only did I gain respect for Cathy supporting other small businesses-she supported and uplifted other women’s businesses. What I saw at this event was her team ensuring each customer had ample staff, time, and an opportunity for a one-on-one experience helping them achieve the best possible experience while shopping for that special gown. I highly recommend Cinderella’s Closet in Muskegon, MI.

Large variety in dresses and sizes, and the staff was super helpful and sweet! I also love that they had so much seating for my bridal party to all be able to feel a part of the special moment. Trying on dresses here makes you really feel like a princess. Izzy helped me out today and she was so sweet from the first moment all the way until we walked out the door. I found my perfect dress and veil and was happy with the price as well! Couldn’t recommend them more!!

The owner is so nice and helpful!! Store is organized and easy to thrift through. So many options, and so many opportunities to order a style in a different color/size. Highly recommend, such great help and cant wait to wear my dress to prom!!
